The Underground Cave & Waterfall

It is hollow under the Rutendo Valley, full of caverns and caves lit by strange blue light which shines through the cracks and crevices in the walls. From the rivers above there are streams and ponds and waterfalls under here. This is The Sargon Clan's camp.
